1. Ümumi
Bu şərtlər florazzer.com saytından və Florazzer xidmətlərindən istifadəni tənzimləyir. Saytdan istifadə etməklə bu şərtləri qəbul edirsiniz.
2. Xidmət
Florazzer özəl sifarişlə əl-işi divan və kreslo hazırlayan atelyedir. Sifarişlər ölçüyə görə fərdi hazırlanır; istehsal müddəti və depozit şərtləri sifariş zamanı bildirilir.
3. Sifariş və ödəniş
Sifariş təsdiqi üçün depozit tələb oluna bilər. Qiymət və müddət hər məhsul üçün fərdi razılaşdırılır.
4. Məzmun və əqli mülkiyyət
Saytdakı və rəsmi sosial hesablardakı bütün məhsul şəkilləri, videoları və mətnləri Florazzer-ə məxsusdur.
5. Sosial media hesabları
Florazzer-in rəsmi Instagram/TikTok hesabları yalnız bizim brendimizə aiddir; başqa hesablar adımızdan çıxış edə bilməz.
6. Məsuliyyət
Xidmət "olduğu kimi" təqdim olunur. Florazzer qanunla icazə verilən hədlərdə dolayı zərərlərə görə məsuliyyət daşımır.
7. Tətbiq olunan qanun
Bu şərtlər Azərbaycan Respublikasının qanunvericiliyinə əsasən tənzimlənir.

These terms govern the use of the florazzer.com website and Florazzer services. By using this website you accept these terms.
2. Service
Florazzer is an atelier producing made-to-order handcrafted sofas and armchairs. Orders are made individually to size; production time and deposit terms are communicated when the order is placed.
3. Orders and payment
A deposit may be required to confirm an order. Price and lead time are agreed individually for each product.
4. Content and intellectual property
All product photos, videos, and texts on this website and on our official social media accounts belong to Florazzer.
5. Social media accounts
Florazzer's official Instagram/TikTok accounts represent our brand only; no other account may act on our behalf.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Florazzer is not liable for indirect damages.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
